Diagnosing a Low Score
- ER below 2%: Content is not resonating. Review your all-time top posts — what was different? What format and topic drove the highest ER?
- Declining growth: Distribution has stalled. You need new cross-promotion or a viral content push.
- Low virality: Content is consumed but not forwarded. Too niche, or not "shareable enough" — try surprising data or strong takes.
- Inconsistent posting: Audience loses the reading habit. Establish a schedule and hold it for 30 days.
- High fraud risk: Fake subscribers. Stop buying — the damage compounds. Grow organically to dilute bot share over time.
